La Fontaccia is an independent farm, decentralized to the village, reachable in three minutes on foot, has a garden with gazebo, tables, chairs and deckchairs. The house can accommodate up to eight people and is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a large fireplace and a dishwasher, a nice lounge with DVD player, TV and radio, a double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub. Near the entrance door there is a small utility room used as a laundry area with washing machine. The first floor consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds, each with its own bathroom and another very spacious room with 2 single beds with bathroom in the corridor. The house has central heating and Wi-Fi.
La Fontaccia ist ein unabhängiger Bauernhof, etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes gelegen, das jedoch in drei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Das Haus hat einen Garten mit Pavillon, Tischen, Stühlen und Liegestühlen. La Fontaccia bietet Platz für bis zu acht Personen und besteht aus zwei Ebenen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine große Küche mit einem großen Kamin und einem Geschirrspüler, ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit DVD-Player, TV und Radio, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. In der Nähe der Eingangstür befindet sich ein kleiner Hauswirtschaftsraum, der als Waschküche (mit Waschmaschine) genutzt werden. Im erste Stock befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, jedes mit eigenem Bad und ein weiteres sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten mit Bad auf dem Flur. Das Haus verfügt über Zentralheizung und Wi-Fi.
La Fontaccia est une ferme indépendante, décentralisée par rapport au village, accessible en trois minutes à pied. Elle possède un jardin avec tables, chaises et transats. La maison peut accueillir jusqu’à huit personnes et est située sur deux niveaux. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve une grande cuisine avec une grande cheminée et un lave-vaisselle, un beau salon avec lecteur DVD, télévision et radio, une chambre double avec salle de bain avec baignoire. Près de la porte d’entrée se trouve une petite buanderie avec machine à laver. Le premier étage comprend une chambre double et une chambre avec 2 lits simples, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain et une autre chambre très spacieuse avec 2 lits simples avec salle de bain dans le couloir. La maison dispose du chauffage central et d’une connexion Wi-Fi.
La Fontaccia è un podere indipendente, decentrato rispetto al borgo, raggiungibile in tre minuti a piedi, dispone di un giardino con gazebo, tavoli, sedie e sdraio. La casa può accogliere fino a otto persone ed è disposto su due livelli. Al piano terra si trovano l’ampia cucina caratterizzata da un grande camino e attrezzata anche con lavastoviglie, un bel salotto con lettore DVD, TV e radio, una camera matrimoniale con bagno con vasca. Vicino alla porta di ingresso si trova un piccolo ripostiglio adibito a zona lavanderia con lavatrice. Il primo pianoè composto da una camera matrimoniale ed una camera con 2 letti singoli, ognuna con il propriobagno ed un‘altra camera molto spaziosa con 2 letti singoli con bagno in corridoio. La casa ha riscaldamento autonomo e la connessione Wi-Fi.
